...HAZARDOUS SEAS WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PDT
SATURDAY...
...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 35 kt and steep to
  very steep wind driven seas of 8 to 13 ft. Winds may briefly
  reach gale force, 25 to 35 kt with gusts to 40 kt, late Friday
  afternoon.

* WHERE...All areas south of Port Orford and beyond 1 to 2 nm from
  shore will experience very steep and hazardous warning level
  seas. Conditions hazardous to small craft are expected for all
  other areas. A brief period of gales is possible south of Pistol
  River and beyond 15 nm from shore late Friday afternoon.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
  treacherous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
should prepare for very steep seas and consider remaining in port
until conditions improve.
