Conditions hazardous to small craft are expected for all other areas. A brief period of gales is possible south of Pistol River and beyond 15 nm from shore late Friday afternoon. * WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
